Richard Standley from Carquefou, France

Great capture Nina. How do you get there at high tide?

30 Apr 2009 3:43pm

@Richard Standley: Normally the water come not till the house, perhaps sometimes at spring tide.. and I think, that house was built high enough. ... many thanks for your comment, Richard!

Lorraine from Gatineau, Canada

Imagine that....all the lovely possibilities, living alone surrounded by such beauty!

@Lorraine: It really is a beautiful place... but living, so near to the sea? The next spring tide, and I would be away rather quickly! ... many thanks for your lovely comment dear Lorraine :)

Marie-Hélène Ammor from Casablanca/Paris, Morocco

Bill Jennings from Bay Area California, United States

I like this so much. I rarely see a central subject work - but it does superbly here. Cropping anything out would loose the expansive feeling you get in this photo.

@Bill Jennings: Thanks so much for your beautiful comment, Bill. I appreciate your words.
